Joining a Wellbeing Workshop

I haven’t received my registration email
One week before your webinar we'll send you a registration email from swswebinar@nsft.nhs.uk.
If you can't find it:
- Check whether the email address we have listed for you is correct
- Search your inbox for emails from swswebinar@nsft.nhs.uk
- Check your Spam/Junk or Other folders
- If you are using a mail app, make sure your inbox is fully synced, or try accessing your emails via a web browser instead
- Contact us in good time if you still cannot find your email. You can email us at swswebinar@nsft.nhs.uk or call us on 0300 123 1503 (8am - 6pm Monday to Friday).
I have received my registration email and registered online but haven’t received any further instructions
Within an hour of registering you should automatically receive a confirmation email from 'Webinars Wellbeing' and the email address of customercare@gotowebinar.co.uk.
If you can't find it:
- Try registering again - it may be that you typed your email address incorrectly the first time
- Search your inbox for emails from 'Webinars Wellbeing' and the email address: customercare@gotowebinar.co.uk
- Check your Spam/Junk or Other folders
- If you are using a mail app, make sure your inbox is fully synced, or try accessing your emails via a web browser instead

I'm having problems joining the online workshop
- Check whether your device meets the system requirements listed above

- Still stuck? Not everybody's device is suitable for a workshop so don't struggle in silence; contact us to arrange a non-online alternative by email at swswebinar@nsft.nhs.uk or call 0300 123 1503.
You said I would receive handouts for the workshop and I have not received them
- If there are handouts to accompany the workshop you are attending, these will be attached to your original registration email. Please check back on your original registration email as you will find the handouts attached.
