Sometimes it’s hard to put into words what you’re feeling - you just know something is “off”. You might feel flat, disconnected, or not like yourself. It’s okay to feel this way and you don’t need all the answers (or a diagnosis) to reach out for support. Noticing that something is not right is the first step. You don’t have to figure it out alone and we’re here to help you get back on track.
