Get support

At Wellbeing we provide free services throughout Suffolk for people over the age of 16. Our services are provided in your GP surgery or other community venues. We offer different kinds of support to help you make positive changes in your life, to improve your wellbeing and to help you cope with stress, anxiety and depression.

How can I get support?

Getting support is easy. If you'd like to refer yourself, simply use the self-referral options below and select the option that's right for you. The quick-link buttons underneath will take you directly to the relevant referral form or information page.

If you would prefer not to self-refer, your GP or any other health or social care professional can also refer you to our service on your behalf. This could include community nurses, social workers, hospital teams, therapists, or other professionals involved in your care.

Whichever route you choose, we're here to help you access the support you need.

How can I get support if I am under the age of 16?

Young people can contact their GP or other health or social care professional who can support them with any referrals.

The Emotional Wellbeing Hub replaces the NSFT (Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust) Access and Assessment Service for 0 to 25 year olds. It provides a simple process for families, young people, and professionals to make a referral or get advice about wellbeing and mental health services.
